Pre-requisites and Logistics

Students should have a basic technical background, have a working knowledge of high school algebra, and be familiar with the Windows operating system. Statistics training and upper division college math are helpful but not necessary.

Students are required to bring a PC laptop running Windows 2000 or XP with at least 64Mb of RAM (preferably, 128 Mb or more) and 20 Mb of available disk space for storing software. It is also recommended that student's bring analysis problems that are of interest to their workplace.

Registration

The deadline to register is two weeks prior to the start of each course, unless otherwise specified. Registrations made after this deadline will be applied to a future course date, if desired. Registration may be made by mail, telephone (1-800-400-7866), fax (1-661-872-3669), or e-mail (training@isgmax.com). Registration is effective upon receipt of tuition.

Payment can be made by check, EFT, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Payment is required prior to the start of the course, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy - The cancellation deadline for a course is two weeks prior to the start of the course, unless otherwise specified. Cancellations made after this deadline will necessitate a charge of $250 to cover equipment rental fees and other committed expenses.
