Subject Parameter Bias and Measuring Parameter Bias Uncertainty Worksheets
The parameter bias uncertainty worksheets provide a very useful tool for evaluating measurement uncertainty due to subject parameter bias and measuring parameter bias. These uncertainty analysis worksheets are accessed by clicking the Parameter Bias button on the Parameter Uncertainty Worksheet Error Source list. 
 

Measurement uncertainty estimates for parameter bias can be developed for toleranced parameters or from reference standards.  Parameter tolerance specifications can be combined linearly or by the root-sum-square (RSS) method.The right side of the Bias Uncertainty Worksheets contain a list of procedures and associated information for inputting data.
