Software FAQs

IntervalMAX analyzes test or calibration data and computes optimal calibration intervals. We all know that the calibration interval is one of the biggest cost drivers of test and calibration programs. Yet, of all the management variables that impact measurement support costs, the calibration interval is the least understood and most difficult to manage. IntervalMAX 2.0 changes all that.

IntervalMAX 2.0 incorporates Methods S2 and A3 of NCSLI Recommended Practice RP-1, Establishment and Adjustment of Calibration Intervals. These analysis methods and other advanced techniques developed by ISG offers the most sophisticated analysis horsepower available for optimizing intervals both quickly and economically.

IntervalMAX 2.0 also maintains a cumulative test/calibration history database and offers total flexibility with regard to analysis constraints, equipment renewal policies and reliability targets. The software identifies dogs and gems at the serial number and manufacturer/model levels and allows grouping by Instrument Class, Similar Equipment and System. IntervalMAX 2.0 provides complete reporting of analysis results and outlier detection.

IntervalMAX 2.0 runs in Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP, 7, 8 and 10.
