Site License
Our IntervalMAX software is sold as a site license. Pricing is scaled according to the number of items that are assigned calibration intervals. There is no contractual limit on the number of concurrent users at the licensed site. IntervalMAX customers can also purchase an 12-month renewable maintenance contract that includes all service updates, version upgrades and supporting documentation for the maintenance period.

Data Import-Export Guide

Some tailoring of IntervalMAX may be required to optimize the data import/export interface, so we recommend that you send us a sample data set that we can run through IntervalMAX. This preliminary analysis is done free of charge to ensure that IntervalMax will indeed suite your analysis needs. Any minor modifications to the IntervalMAX interface will usually be implemented without charge. Major modifications can be made under separate contract, if desired.

Technical Support
IntervalMAX purchases include free technical support for the designated System Administrator. An Integrated Sciences Group representative is also available for on-site technical support during installation and initial operation. Cost consists of travel expenses only.
